The Assembler I role will assist and learn from a Senior Assembler. The Assembler I will perform basic manufacturing and cleaning work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting a Senior Assembler with assembling products and sub-components to support vehicle production and other products
- Supporting vehicle and material movement in and around facility
- Following electronic build book for assembly instructions
- Cleaning and preparing components and vehicles for production
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following established safety procedures
To be considered as an Assembler I, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient with computer usage
- Ability to learn and follow written instructions
- Ability to perform fine hand manipulation
- Knowledge of tools and their use
- Ability to focus on details and quality of work
A successful candidate may also have:
- High School automotive shop class(es)
- Experience performing personal vehicle maintenance
