GENERAL STATEMENT:Supports Bearings and Ignition product groupsJOB DUTIES: Supports preparation of the North America administrative entity business plans and forecasts (selling, engineering, etc). Performs month-end close activities for administrative entities, including coding of invoices, accrual reviews and variance analysis. Coordinates planning, tracking and recording of SG&A related capital expenditures. Completes SOX documentation for North America administrative entities. Completes monthly reconciliations for Powertrain SG&A ledgers.Supports weekly Global flash process and capital tracker updates.REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting. Minimum two years experience in a fast paced accounting environment. CPA preferred. Strong knowledge of excel and other Microsoft Office product required; SAP knowledge a plus. Understanding of general business flows and related accounting implications in a manufacturing environment. Strong self-motivation and have the drive to meet the expectation of both timing and accuracy. Strong initiative and confident to handle complexity, work under pressure and manage short lead-time deliveries.
