Clean Tech is looking for experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers opportunities for advancement.
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our facility in Dundee, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work safely in a team oriented environment.
Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Dundee, MI
Pay: $24-$26/hr (Depending on experience)
Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule; 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off
Days: 7am -7:30pm
Nights: 7pm 7:30am

What youll be doing:
Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience.
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience is a bonus
Strong mechanical skills and electrical knowledge
