Support launches and balance outs ensuring processes, systems and planning deliver targeted results.
Maintain launch and balance out tracker. Constantly identifying and resolving potential risk that will impact each plants success. Assist manufacturing plants with preparation for launch readiness reviews.
Lead monthly program balance out meetings.
Responsible for reviewing no demand inventory and working with plants to mitigate risk
Perform monthly material launch glidepath analysis to assure process adherence and timely updates.
Assist supply chain management with suppliers that are experiencing delivery issue.
Support new employee master scheduler training.
Follow up on vendor releases for current production suppliers.

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.
Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.

Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.
Required Education Level:
Bachelor's Level Degree Area of Study: Supply Chain Management or similar.
*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge):
Minimum of 2 years of experience within the field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience within the automotive industry.
