DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
The Account Executive is responsible for predictable & successful changes to production environments and, in order to facilitate that, manages the release process through Quality Control, Feedback to Development, Vetting in Pre-Production environments & Beta tests and final approval to ensure success & customer satisfaction at the end of the deployment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Manage relationships with CU*Answers credit unions using eDocument imaging solutions from CU*Answers.
2. Work with teams to ensure solutions are considerate of all vault models especially In-House vault CU's
3. Work with CU*Answers teams to create a release process that works in all environments and is considerate of scale. Preferably a process that is automated, repeatable and predictable. Strive for "hands off / lights out" processes.
4. Work with CU*Answers CSO team to field releases to the ASP vault servers and clients.
5. Act as a liaison and support resource for CU*Answers Client services and network services CSO team as it relates to imaging vaults.
6. Work with the writing team to manage the communication process to users of CU*Answers imaging vaults.
7. In particular, work with the writing team to make sure the in-House vault segment of clients knows what code is available, when new code is to be released and what they need to do to leverage it.
8. Work with various teams to create a service for the one time upgrade. A service aside from a full managed services agreement that can be used for the occasional need. Especially important if process is not automated.
9. Carry back to development the suggestions and feedback on usability etc. and needs unique to the In House vault client. Drive them to fruition as needed.
10. Perform QC on code written by Imaging team programmers, and eDOC development as needed, leverage /write automated tests to accomplish QC tasks and maintain an appropriate QC environment mimicking the actual client environment (s).
11. Support, implement cash handling interfaces as needed. Work to QC and certify new interfaces and cash handling devices as needed.
JOB qualifications
1. High School diploma or equivalent is required, college preferred.
2. Prior experience in quality control, automated testing, server management or release management a plus.
3. Familiarity with software development and related processes and best practices.
4. Ability to communicate effectively in all forms.
5. Technical ability and aptitude for logical thinking necessary.
6. Ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
7. Valid drivers license is required.
