Position Summary This role is responsible for contracting support for the US Critical Care and Respiratory Sales Organizations and US Critical Care Business. The Contracting Analyst is accountable for contract development and evaluation of ICU Medical's US Temperature Management and Respiratory devices (including hardware, disposables, and services) as well as Custom Kits, and Critical Care Consumables pricing execution and contracting strategies through agreement implementation and maintenance within the ICU contracting system. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Execution of price programs and deal strategies for the Critical Care business. * Update and maintain ICU's contract templates for both GPO and non-GPO customer purchases. * Address incoming contracting requests or inquiries from Field Sales and maintain regular communication to provide updates regarding customer negotiations. * Support contract lifecycle needs including managing membership, pricing, price increases and compliance. * Provide data and analytics for assigned regions and contracts as needed. * Manage and prepare responses (including redline responses) to standard ICU Medical templates and provide input and coordinate responses (including in initial feedback / drafting) for customer provided templates based on published guidelines. * Analyze financial impact of contracts requests and escalate according to the MAM. * Engage in special projects as assigned. Knowledge & Skills * Significant knowledge base in and experience with the US medical device business, ICU Medical Customer base, and GPO landscape. * Ability to communicate effectively with sales, Customers, and internal functional departments to ensure Customer centricity and speed in support of the Critical Care and Major Account Executive sales teams. * Proficient in analyzing and addressing compliance issues related to contractual commitments. * Analytical skills and creative approach to developing effective sales tools to support the business. Negotiation skills. Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field or equivalent experience. * 4+ years' experience in Contracting preferred with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Medical Industry * Prior experience with contract lifecycle * Prior Model N experience (preferred) Work Environment * This is largely a sedentary role. * This job operates in a flexible working model partly in a professional office environment, partly remote and routinely uses standard office equipment. * Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time. This role is based remotely; the incumbent may be remote in any state other than Colorado; California; Connecticut; Montana, Maine or New York.
