Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This internship position will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, tracking, and return of clients' workstations and CU*Base Update Appliances ordered by clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Install and configure software on new PCs.
Transport equipment between CU*A office locations.
Set up PC hardware with internal users.
Configure CU*Base Update Appliances.
Document and track equipment in motion.
Perform basic troubleshooting on hardware set up and software configuration.
Securely delete data on PCs.
Checklist documentation evaluation and process improvement.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent is required.
Strong desktop support skills, including Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
Ability to maintain detailed tracking records of equipment.
Strong organizational skills.
