About the Role
What You'll Do
- Counsel service managers
- Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
- In English and French, offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed), while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
Required Skills
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute)

- A self-motivated, passionate professional who is enthusiastic, energetic and teamwork-oriented
Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in:
- Warranty administration and/or insurance claims
- Automotive dealership (service department and/or warranty administration preferred)
- Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation:
- No weekends or late shifts!
- Monday - Friday
- 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern
- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
