Job Summary
Under supervision, this position is responsible for overseeing and processing rental network data and overlay process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*High school diploma or GED.
*2 years experience working in an office environment.
*2 years experience resolving provider issues and inquiries.
*PC experience, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
*Ability to use discretion in working with confidential information.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*Organizational skills.
*Experience managing and prioritizing multiple activities simultaneously.
*Ability to work in a team environment.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Data Cleaner training.
*Customer Service experience.
*AS/400 experience.
*Access experience.
THIS IS A FLEX ROLE WORKING 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS FROM HOME
