Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is looking for an Entry Level Recruiter at our Superior Township, Michigan facility:
The HATCI recruiter will help us build a dynamic and innovative team across locations in Michigan, California, Georgia, and Alabama. This individual will manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates. The recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process, including finding candidates, screening them, conducting interviews, and providing new hire onboarding support
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the recruitment process by managing the full recruiting lifecycle for various positions, collaborating with managers to understand their hiring needs and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Foster high-touch relationships with qualified candidates both passive and active.
Partner with recruiting teams and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
Remain active with job boards, social networks, and other platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team needs and craft customized job postings.
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
Use creative sourcing techniques, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to find top-tier talent.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support hiring managers and candidates through every stage-from preparation to offer negotiation.
Maintain a robust database of prospects, ensuring we stay connected with potential future candidates.
Provide onboarding support for incoming employees.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
Passion for recruiting with innate ability to instill enthusiasm for our company into all communications with candidates
Experience using LinkedIn recruiter to source passive candidates is a plus.
Ideal candidate will possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. In addition, teamwork skills are a must along with the ability to grasp new technologies.
