Facility Services Coordinator

Scheurer Health, a critical access rural hospital, is seeking a Facility Services Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing projects (renovation, remodel, refit, new construction) across the organization
- Create and maintain the overall preventative maintenance program for Scheurer Hospital
- Prepare and monitor budget
- Support Vision and guiding Values
- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License with no restrictions-Travel Required
- Work experience must include a minimum of 2 years Building Maintenance or Facilities Management and 2 years of Project Management
- Minimum of 2 years of staff supervisory experience
- Preferred health care maintenance and construction experience
- Preferred building management system administration experience
