Position: Machinist

Compensation: $18.00-20.00 per hour
Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of cabinetry, including but not limited to an edge bander, dowel machine, and potentially a CNC machine (training provided).
- Ensure machinery is set up correctly, operating efficiently, and producing high-quality products.
- Monitor machine performance to detect any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Some experience with industrial machinery preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
