Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and dishes for high-volume service, including sauces, side dishes, and specialty items. Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety. Inspect ingredients and dishes to meet our rigorous standards.
- Autonomous Work: Manage prep tasks independently, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support overall kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Keep your work area clean and organized, adhere to health and safety standards, and follow proper food handling procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training a plus
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong ability to execute recipes, prepare sauces, and handle various prep tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift (8+ hours) and lift moderate weights (20-50 pounds).
