EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Demonstrated excellent customer focused attitude and service skills
- Two (2) years demonstrated experience in a centralized help desk environment with a focus on offsite/remote technology support
- Experience troubleshooting workstations, servers, network equipment, and mobile devices
- Experience managing and ensuring software licensing compliance
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Ability to work as member of a team
- Experience working with multiple operating systems (Windows, iOS, OSX, Android, etc.)
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Education, or related field
Preferred:
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a centralized help desk environment operating offsite/remote technology support
- Experience working with virtualized server environments
