EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
•    Associate’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in  Business, Accounting or related field
•    Supervisory skills
•    Minimum five years of experience in general business operations
•    Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
•    Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully on the telephone, in person or while training
•    Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve customer problems, establish priorities, meet 
deadlines and handle a wide variety of situations with professionalism
•    Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability to take initiative and work independently or in a team environment
•    Flexible schedule

Preferred:
•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Accounting or related field
•    Experience related to pupil accounting or auditing
•    MSBO Pupil Accounting Auditor or MSBO Pupil Accounting Specialist
