Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in employment litigation and counseling within a law firm setting. Given the firm's high volume of work, candidates must be adept at managing their own caseload and handling client interactions from the start. Key qualifications include: * Handling employment-related litigation matters, including responses to charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and/or local agencies, discovery, and drafting dispositive motions * Assisting with a wide range of employment issues, including drafting employee handbooks and related documents * Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance * Drafting employment agreements, policies, and handbooks * Managing all stages of litigation, including discovery, substantive motions, depositions, and in-court appearances This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking a team-oriented environment with an established, full-service firm.
