To thrive as a Construction Portfolio Manager at Mercantile Bank, you'll need a robust set of skills that encompass both technical and interpersonal attributes. 3 or more years of Commercial Lending and/or Construction experience is required, with Real Estate Inspection and or Appraisal experience is preferred.
