Responsibilities:
Robot Programming (Fanuc,) Robotic Processing – dispense applicators, sealers, urethane and paint. Robotic Simulation – RoboGuide (Fanuc), RobotStudio (ABB), SimPro (Kuka.) Light Machine Build – end effectors. Hardware/Software Design -
The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/troubleshooting.
Design checking of Mechanical Designs/ EOAT’s affecting robots. Take direction from Project Manager for Project specific tasks. Field Service & support.
Write operation manuals when required by the project.
Give training classes at customer facilities when required by the project. Develop & maintain good relationships with customers & suppliers.
Understand and employ the Company's Quality Management System.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in automation or equivalent education.
