Expansion Manager
We are looking for an Expansion Manager for Americas. In this role you will manage the expansion team creating a positive working environment achieving the expected output of the projects, within timeline and within budget. You will also keep the infrastructure and equipments up to standards and aligned with the business need for growth, and keeping all needs on track and controlled.
Your Responsibilities:
BTS Standards - ensure implementation and adherence to BTS Standards for Preventive Maintenance, infrastructure, plant layout; equipment purchase, etc.
Asset Utilization Improvement - coordinate efforts to take advantage of Best Practices, and machine reliability efforts and preventive maintenance for all equipments.
SAP - Support and use all reports available to improve efficiency and machine utilization, training new employees and following up on all needs related to Orbis and SAP
Ensure equipment repairs and technical support knowledge is transferred to Area Managers and the Technical Service team
Expansion - Work with the Global Expansion organization to insure timely and cost efficient expansion projects (under project manager responsible) involving local resources to achieve on time delivery with expected quality to any expansion projects
Asset Management - Support floor print optimization, by making the team available and trained to move centers' equipments to what business demands
Facilities- maintain all facility infrastructure within standards and support yearly BUDGET keeping equipments and facility needs for growth
Team - Oversight responsibility for team of expansion facility engineers, support on their daily needs to achieve their best performance
Interact with all levels of the organization across Americas
Provide ethical leadership to the organization and the team
Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order, well maintained and efficiently managed.
Analyzes key performance indicators early on and initiates actions before targets are out of reach
Establish and administer a preventative maintenance program for all equipment within the Americas region
Coordinates and performs Technical Audits with the Head of Operations
Willingness to frequently travel domestically and abroad
Your Profile:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering and/or Business Management, Experience substitutes
3 years of experience managing people
Experience working through manufacturing/ Production environment to working the production cycles to deliver products on time
Progressive management responsibility
Strong Engineering, Interpersonal and customer service-oriented skills
3 years of experience in construction and or infrastructure
