REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor's Degree in related field required and CPCU or ARM designation is preferred.
* Minimum of five (5) years of insurance carrier, broker or risk management experience is required.
* Specific experience with large account risk financing or risk management experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of insurance principles and practices with a background in risk management and risk financing is required.
* Ability to plan, organize, direct and control projects.
* Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of tort law and contracts is required.
* Knowledge of PC and software applications including Word and Excel is required.
* Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
