Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, along with the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and equipment repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using an ohmmeter and schematics
- Perform mechanical repairs on machinery and equipment
- Welding tasks as needed
- Maintain facilities and ensure they meet safety standards
Experience
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Strong leadership skills to guide maintenance projects effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
