Create high-end training solutions for implementation of sales development interventions in order to streamline and maximize business and human performance. * Design high-end training solutions, utilizing industry best practices for course design and delivery. * Collaborate with business partners and existing resources to develop a solid understanding of business procedures and operations; develop a wide range of training materials and other performance support tools. * Create storyboards, scripts, course content and sales forces directions in a variety of formats. * Conduct post instruction outcome evaluations to measure effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to improve value to the participants as required. * Establish baseline delivery systems for training. * Employ appropriate technology to provide an effective and cost efficient learning event. * Monitor participation and retention of staff in the managed curriculum and E-Learning courses. * Develop soft skill and product based curriculum for sales force and post training support mechanisms aimed at evaluating the success of the training designed or created. * Identify organizational knowledge and skill gaps utilizing focus groups, SME interviews, classroom observations, etc. * Perform other duties as required. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education or related area required. Master's Degree preferred. * Three (3) to five (5) related experience required including soft-skill curriculum development. * Industry knowledge and sales training experience preferred. * Familiar with LMS and tools such as Lector and Captivate. * Demonstrated ability to develop sales training curriculum. * Excellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on presentation of material. * Ability to create learning events that fill organizational knowledge gaps based on needs assessments. * Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
