General Summary:
Under the general supervision of the deputy director of community-based programming, coordinates and supervises program operations and staff on assigned shifts. Monitors program fidelity to ensure measurable outcomes and student growth. Responsible for ensuring the safety, welfare, and security of ESS staff, youth participants, and visitors. Takes full responsibility of all ESS operational issues in the absence of the deputy director.
Education and Experience:
Master’s degree from an accredited institution in the field of Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related Human Service field;
Or
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in the field of Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related Human Service field plus a minimum of two (2) years professional experience working in a juvenile justice institution or related experience in a criminal justice or social services agency.
