Education: High School Education or GED required.
Experience: 1 year of dishwashing experience preferred. 18 years or older is preferred
Equipment Familiarity: Able to work dishwashing equipment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees.

Must understand basic safety and sanitation regulations.

Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for up to three hours in length and have the ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.

Must possess hand and finger dexterity to handle equipment.

Must be able to follow written instructions.
Work Environment:
Work is performed at various dining services sites throughout the campus environment with extensive internal and external stakeholder contact.
