As a Shift Supervisor, you will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of our molding operations, including mold setters, process technicians and plastic injection molding machine operators. Your leadership will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an injection molding plant environment.
- Strong numerical accuracy and familiarity with procedures and forms.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in alternative solutions.
- Thorough understanding of injection molding, from raw material to finished goods.
- Ability to communicate mechanical principles effectively to employees and customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with IQMS is a plus.
- Exceptional supervisory skills with experience in active listening, monitoring, motivating, and coaching employees.
- History of providing effective performance feedback and addressing employee needs and disciplinary actions.
- Willingness and ability to work seven days per week if needed to meet customer demands.
