Engineering Manager

We are looking for a dynamic leader to foster growth and development with our engineering team and help drive success.
Job Duties:
• Lead a team of 6 engineers
• Provide support and guidance with projects, new developments, and product life cycle
• Develop, mentor and support engineering team in department and career goal achievement
• Provide layouts, drawings and project documentation
• Develop experimental and prototype products and parts
• Manage testing and formalize test documentation
• Match components design and function to supplier and manufacturing process capabilities
• Provide technical expertise to various areas of the organization in a collaborative manner
Knowledge and Skills Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related business discipline
• Working knowledge of budgets, project management, and business plan design
• Experience in engineering software and applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
