What You'll Do:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails in an Aftermarketenvironment.
Represent the Aftermarket department at the JR Divisional and Business Unit level.
Work closely with JRA project teams and internal stakeholders in developing solutions for customer's needs for post-installation/aftermarketsupport.
Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent leadinformation.
Identify customer buying trends and develop new customerstrategies.
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, andopportunities.
Achieve target profit margins as established bymanagement.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and futurecustomers.
Secure and grow aftermarket sales (parts and services) to meet or exceed annualgoal.
Maintain & submitappropriate records for forecasting, quote status & expenses using CRM and/or other tools.
Represent company at trade shows and associate meetings to promote post-installationservices.
Provide input into the development of aftermarket sales plan, budget, expenditures, andappropriations.
Review market analyses to determine customer current and future needs and develop sales campaigns to accommodate company goals.
Work withthe inside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction is being maintained to JR standards and thatcustomer issues areaddressed.
Process customer orders when needed and provide support to Inside Sales team as needed.
Work with Marketing to promote the JR Automation brand through printed materials, videos, slideshows, eNewsletters, tradeshows,etc.
Recommend and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures within the business unit's scope.
Assists Accounting with CollectionsCalls

What You'll Bring:
Two years of College Curriculum in Engineering, Sales, or other technicalfield or 5 years work experience in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in AftermarketServices, Automation, and/or Manufacturing
Experience working in a manufacturingenvironment
Strong mechanical and electricalknowledge
Proven record of successful salesgrowth
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Projectpreferred
Experience in Automation or Roboticspreferred.
