Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the seamless running of the Learning Resource Center every day.
Welcome and Engage: Greet each student with enthusiasm and provide personalized support during their visits.
Report Insights: Communicate individual and emerging issues to management for prompt resolution.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all Learning Resource Center equipment is functioning optimally.
Track Usage: Maintain accurate records of student attendance and resource utilization.
Flexibility in Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the center's mission.
Qualifications
Education: High School or GED and Airframe and Powerplant License required
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with students and fellow staff effectively
Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to tutoring on various subjects including Automotive, Aviation, and Welding.
Tech Savvy Expert: exceptional computer and online application skills to the forefront as you assist with check-ins and tech support.
