Responsibilities
We are currently looking for 3rd shift Line Leads at our H2 facility on Oak Industrial Drive in Grand Rapids. The Line Lead is a production foreman position that trains and directs 12-40 line employees, meets production schedules, maintains employee and product safety, adheres to all GMPs (good manufacturing practices), and maintains appropriate documentation.
This candidate must be willing to work some weekends, depending on production schedule.
This can be a physically demanding role requires a high level of overall fitness and stamina. It also requires leadership ability, good verbal communication skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to work well on a team and with people from multiple departments.
This is a fast paced position and requires good reasoning and problem solving skills.

Education, Experience, and Training
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Lean, Six Sigma experience a big plus
- Related or similar work experience a plus
