Position Summary Information
Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions
- The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Teaching private and group swim classes in accordance with the FRC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Certified in any Swim instructor program.
- Must be able to see and hear calls of distress.
- Must be able to pick up equipment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must display emotional maturity, good communication skills, judgement and tact, and a positive attitude.
Additional Experiences Considered
- Must be current with the following certifications: Any Swim instructor program.
