Chart new and existing processes within IT PMO in order to define current activities for the development of the Application Portfolio procedures and models.

Assist in conducting research on software products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.

Work closely with the Manager of Disaster Recovery to ensure that Applications being purchased meet Dart's criteria for Business Continuity needs.

Prepare and maintain a "Technology Road-map" for Dart Applications with short-term and long-term goals.

Capture and publish metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)

Participate in the QA of purchased solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.

Participate in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use.

Develop, standardize, and maintain new or improved processes within the IT PMO based on findings and analysis.

Align applications to business objectives and goals - determine which ones should be upgraded, retired, or replaced.

Conduct interviews to gather user requirements through workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

Work with vendors to review and optimize existing and new maintenance contracts for cost savings and appropriate service levels needed within Dart.

Manage and track the status of all applications throughout the application life-cycle; enforce and redefine requirements as needed.

Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

Review all IT Maintenance Contracts for price, specifications, delivery dates, incentives and other terms of contract conditions.

Prepare and maintain an IT Maintenance Contract repository to be able to forecast IT Maintenance Costs and to keep current with contract requirements.

Monitor IT Maintenance Contract performance for compliance with organizational needs and requirements, including follow-up checks for corrective action.

Communicate and interact with both technical and nontechnical personnel.

Identify and establish scope and parameters of process analysis in order to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions.

Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, enhancements to existing applications, new infrastructure, and upgrades to existing infrastructure.

Develop, standardize, and maintain new or improved processes within the IT PMO based on findings and analysis.

Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.

Conduct interviews to gather user requirements through workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

Work with stakeholders and the project managers to prioritize collected projects and iniatives within the IT PMO Pipeline (Project Queue).

Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing IT PMO processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.

Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

Analyze and verify IT PMO requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.

Perform audits on Project Management Deliverables to provide management with an independent assessment of the progress, quality and attainment of project objectives at defined milestones within the project.
