Fletchy's Pictured Rocks Resort is looking for an experienced and personable individual to fill the Resort Manager position they have open.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and disseminate information from the Restaurant POS system, and the gift shop POS system and relay that information to the owner and the employees.
- Oversee housekeeping employees
- Maximize customer satisfaction and occupancy rate using our booking system
- Maintain employee morale and work quality.
- Maintain social media sites.
- Implement new marketing and event strategies.
Long work hours are expected May through the middle of October with a brief closure and weather permitting, re-open January till April for the snow season, then another brief closure.
Salary:
- Based on experience - $65,000 + Free on site housing is available.
- PTO in November and April.
