We are currently seeking a full-time Refrigeration Apprentice with either an educational or hands-on work experience in HVAC. Responsibilities would include:
- Able to obtain, review, and decipher print package.
- Able to analyze parts delivered from the stockroom to determine their appropriateness and those on back order.
- Interpret schematics from print package and design refrigeration system as necessary.
- Mount components in frame per prints and knowledge.
- Able to create piping of system for accessibility by others per prints and knowledge.
- Prepare coil for installation.
Fit distributer.
Solider distributer to coil. - Make and install pots.
- Design and build valve panel.
- Configure piping system and solder.
- Able to understand and follow Thermotron piping standards.
- Leak check refrigeration system according to established procedure.
