JOB TITLE: Concession Stand Worker
RATE OF PAY: $12.48 per hour

Seasonal, non-union position with no benefits
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of supportive services necessary for the orderly operation of the Civic Arena concession stand. Also performs duties as a skate guard. Supervision is general, received from the Operations Manager or Team Leader.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs cashier duties, i.e. making sales and handling cash.
- Will handle and prepare food items using food appliances as needed.
- Will maintain a clean working area, which may include, sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes and cleaning counters.
- May hand out skates during public skating times.
- May skate guard and will enforce public skate rules.
- May score keep at hockey games.
- Punctual and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.
- All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years old. Applicants must possess good customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
