- Be present on job sites for inspections- Work with vendors to ensure all proper materials and licenses are in place- Assist project manager with ensuring project is completed with no complications- Demolition work removing damaged wall, ceiling and flooring- Drywall installation, repair and mudding- Framing interior walls- Installing new subfloors and floor joists- On call 1 week / month (additional $50 / per on call job)(after 5pm and on weekends)
