We are currently partnering with a worldwide supplier of highly dynamic logistics solutions that serves industries such as retail, food and beverage, automotive, etc. with innovative material handling solutions on their need for a Continuous Improvement Engineer.

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you are responsible for creating new processes that will contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Manufacturing Engineering Technicians
- Create and maintain routings
- Ability to identify/implement process improvements
- Find areas for cost reduction and implement new processes
- Capital project implementation
- Assemble process documentation
- Fixture and tool design implementation
- Ability to identify and address safety concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of AutoCAD
- Experience with MRP systems
- Thorough understanding of Timestudy Methods, Bill of Material and Routing structures
- Strong decision making and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be a self-starter with strong leadership skills
