High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months previous experience in a telephone-dedicated position (e.g. call center agent, telephone receptionist)
Basic PC proficiency with MS office (particularly Excel)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Effective organization and prioritization skills
Self-directed, able to maintain productivity with minimal supervision
Some openings may require fluency in Spanish depending on business need
