Allegan General Hospital seeks a Director of Clinical Quality. This is a full time salaried position.
Qualifications include, but may not be limited to:
Currently licensed as registered nurse in the state of Michigan
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required
Demonstrated understanding of the use of data and basic statistical understanding with the ability to interpret data reports and determine appropriate actions to achieve necessary change required
Extensive working knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements, quality assessment, and Performance Improvement methodologies and hospital medical staff structure required
At least 5 years of relevant healthcare experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
