AccessPoint is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This is a direct hire opportunity located in Spring Lake, MI. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily customer required products produced. This responsibility includes assisting to ensure daily operation of machinery and equipment to achieve production requirements. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for trouble shooting the equipment, understanding and supporting preventative maintenance procedures and methods. This person must establish and maintain a written PM program process for all areas of the company, facilities, buildings, grounds, equipment, injection molding machines, dryers, thermolators, hot runner controllers and material feed systems. Must oversee hourly maintenance workers as well as order and maintain an inventory of critical components. The Maintenance Supervisor would also be responsible for providing trouble-shooting support to the production floor, maintain, repair and rebuild spare machine parts as needed. Oversee and participate in ISO 9001 record keeping. Identify and develop cost savings for the maintenance department. Qualifications include: - Prior experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics. - High school diploma with work experience acceptable with 2-4 years of related maintenance experience. - Basic SPC knowledge, product and customer requirements knowledge. - Computer skills. - Must be able to prioritize job duties.
