*Position Summary: Perform all duties of the Machine Operator position in order to produce a product according to Hillshire Brands specifications. Starting wage $13.00 per hour NSP Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Set up and operate within Hillshire Brands specifications. * Ensure proper food handling procedures are upheld. * Ensure the machines are operating properly -- loading bowls, product, film, cartons or boxes, and ensuring code dates are accurate. * Complete necessary computer work and yield paperwork accurately. * Other duties assigned by supervisor or lead person. **Qualifications:** * Free use of all four limbs or equivalent use of prosthesis. * Corrected 20/40 vision. * Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. * Be able to tolerate temperatures of 35 degrees or below for entire shift. * Be able to lift 40 pounds to shoulder height repeatedly. * Ability to read and comprehend product specification sheets. * Be able to walk or stand on cement floor for the shift duration. * Must have basic math skills. * Ability to assess equipment and demonstrate basic mechanical knowledge. .
