As an Infantry Soldier, you’ll be trained to close with and destroy the enemy by fire and maneuver, and to repel enemy assault by fire, close combat, and counterattack. You’ll capture, destroy, and deter enemy forces, assist in reconnaissance, and help mobilize troops and weaponry to support the mission as the ground combat force.
