Position Summary: The food handler helps prepare the food service area for campers meals.
Essential Responsibilities:
Help serve meals using appropriate portioning utensils
Help keep food line stocked as needed during meal service
Help prepare beverages for availability during meal service
Assist campers in scraping trays and clearing tables
Responsible to count and put cold food items away after meal service
Clean serving line, counters, tables, floors and any other assigned areas
Fill and set out condiments for each meal as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
Willingness to learn new software as needed
Certificates and Licenses:
Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
