- Three (3) years of IT experience.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices.
- Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse individuals with culture competency.
- Print and electronic services/secure printing experience.
- Valid Michigan identification and reliable transportation.
- Strong Office 365 knowledge, certificate preferred.
- Associate degree in computer science or related field required, Bachelor of Science preferred.
