Project Planner – opening 1
The person will be scheduling updates in MS Project and MS Excel, updating SAP material status (using PDM, SAP, and ECN tools). Must be proficient with MS Excel and have experience with material planning and scheduling. Below is the general job description. This would be for the remaining duration on the project, about 6 to 10 months. Some Material Planer candidates may also fit this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute necessary transaction within the company business systems to support project teams and Service group with orders (commissions).
- Update computer files and compiles and distributes reports.
Supports Project Teams with invoicing and follow-up on service orders.
Processes purchase orders and perform follow-up as required.
Responsible for processing non-conforming material requests
Responsible for processing material returns to suppliers.
Coordinates updates of schedules for installations, retools, and service orders.
Maintains and administers Service Order business systems.
Addresses potential problems and executes appropriate actions individually or proposes solutions depending on the severity of the problem.
Collects and analyzes data, notes trends, and identifies needs for further study.
