We are looking for a person who will work within our manufacturing team to facilitate the timely flow and documentation of parts and components from our engineering department through various fabrication and finishing vendors and then to our assembly department. The candidate should have the ability to interact with vendors and co-workers in a positive, enthusiastic, consistent and reliable manner. We will provide training in the specifics of the position however an aptitude in logistics, purchasing and/or production scheduling would be a good foundation. Routine tasks will include but will not be limited to the use of tracking systems, record keeping, soliciting quotes from vendors, updating flow charts and other activities as assigned. Proficiency in the use of computer programs ordinarily used in a business setting will be expected.
