- Provides technical support to team responsible for a subset of business systems applications
- Translates business specifications into user documentation
- Provides assistance in one or all areas of applications, including: testing, design and analysis
- Plans, writes and maintains systems and user support documentation
- Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications
- Able to communicate effectively with others, both oral and written
- Knowledge of basic networking principles, the internet, web browsers/browsing/caching/etc.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook) and web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) Other duties, as assigned
- Reviews, analyzes and evaluates requirements and identifies implementation risks within the IntelliGrants product
- Works directly with clients to define and document high-level business requirements (e.g. Scope Document)
- Documents detailed requirements in IntelliGrants business analysis’ template documents (e.g.
- Form Permissions, Work Flows, Report Mock-Ups, etc.)
- Designs end-user interfaces specific to client programs
- Manages the implementation (configuration and development) of IntelliGrants implementations
- Oversees the Quality Control process to ensure that all deliverable requirements are being satisfied before the client deliverable verification process begins
- Develops functional and user acceptance testing scripts in accordance with the client contract on Agate best practices
- Partners with the Project Manager/Team Leader to ensure that the project stays within scope, time and budget

Education / Experience / Environment
Business Analyst I
Has completed and passed level 1 of configuration tests
- May require an Associate’s degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- For internal resources: Has worked on a minimum of three (3) unique implementations of IntelliGrants
- For new hire resources: Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- May lead and direct the work of others with Team Leader guidance
- Works under immediate supervision
- Typically reports to a Team Leader
Business Analyst II
- Business Analyst on a minimum of two (2) unique implementations of IntelliGrants
- Strong grasp of IntelliGrants CORE functions
- May require an Associate’s degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Relies on previous IntelliGrants implementation experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
