Must have a US Bachelor’s Degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any Engineering Field and three (3) years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar position performing the following duties: engineering polyurethane processes for automotive components compliant with VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) Standard and IATF/VDA/OEM P-FMEA (perform failure mode and effect analysis); evaluating manufacturing processes and optimizing machinery control parameters and lean manufacturing; capacity planning for production including equipment and labor; customer specification requirements implementation and controlling engineering documentation and records. Telecommuting permissible; Hybrid- 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
