WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Take the lead in designing and presenting automation projects for skateboard manufacturing.
- Wow management with your innovative ideas and facilitate implementation with the production manager.
- Get hands-on with automation systems and train our operators.
- Keep our automation systems in tip-top shape.
- Dive into software and machines to develop automation projects.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- $50,000 – $70,000 annual starting salary based on your knowledge, experience and education.

- Full-time position working Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
- Candidates 18 years or older, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Superb problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS. (Don’t worry if you don’t have them all.)
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or relevant engineering field would be fantastic, but not a deal-breaker.
- Have experience designing and implementing automated systems in manufacturing? A huge plus.
- Experience with robots in a production line.
- Experience with using CAD software to design parts and assemblies.
- Experience using CAM to program CNC machine toolpaths.
- Experience with Kawasaki’s AS robot programming language.
- Experience operating 3 axis milling machine.
