Belle Tire has an immediate opening for a Sales Associate.
Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is a positive, energetic, eager–to–learn team player that provides 100% customer satisfaction. This position is an entry–level position that provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to build a promising career in the tire and automotive service industry. All Sales Associates will receive all different levels of training including, Instructor Led, e–Learning, and on the job training to learn duties, processes and responsibilities to have the opportunity to advance.
Minimum Requirements

• Basic mathematical skills
Education Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED is required
Basic Qualifications
• 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license
Experience Requirements:
• Automotive Background is a plus
Typical Time Expectations:
• 6 months – 1 year
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 60 pounds
• Requires motion entailing bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
Job Duties
All job duties will be completed under supervision.
• Continuous thinking and sharing of ideas to improve Belle Tire
• 25% of sales time might be doing tire technician duties
