Victorian Heights Assisted Living, part of the Iron County Medical Care Facility complex, seeks a full-time Tenant Care Aide to join their night shift team in Crystal Falls, Michigan.
If you have compassion for elderly, disabled, and those with various care needs, and are flexible in work duties, which includes tenant care, housekeeping, cleaning, personal care, and stocking/restocking, this may be a perfect fit for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Wash, dry, and fold tenant laundry.
- Clean public spaces of the building.
- Clean the kitchen and public bathrooms.
- Perform bed checks for tenants to ensure their safety throughout the night, as requested.
- Assist tenants during overnight hours, as needed.
- Stock kitchen and pantry supplies.
- Participate in in-service programs.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- $16.49 per hour starting wage (includes direct care worker supplement and night shift incentive).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Valid Michigan driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to physically and mentally carry out the functions of this position which include flexibility to work in various departments such as tenant care, food service, housekeeping, cleaning, and tenant activities.
- Someone able to provide exceptional customer service to our tenants (elderly, disabled, etc.).
- Professionalism that ensures trust, competence and compassion amongst peers and tenants.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks; position has frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
